This souvenir publication produced by the New Zealand Government has a nice colour illustration on the front cover of a Maori Hei-Tiki. "The cover-design of this little souvenir volume features the 'tiki,' a much-prized ancient Maori charm or token (actual size)." The booklet's contents are a general guide to New Zealand and its attractions. "Just seventeen years ago the people of New Zealand were privileged to welcome to these shores an American battleship fleet of sixteen ships, commanded by Rear-Admiral Charles S.
