No date (c. 1943) . Card wrappers, measuring 17 inches by 13 1/4 inches. 12 pages (pages unnumbered) . Four tipped in full colour prints. The prints were pasted in along one edge, but this adhesive has deteriorated and the prints are now loose. There is minor adhesive staining to the upper 3" of the verso of each print. The four prints are "Freedom of Speech"; "Freedom of Worship"; "Freedom from Want"; and "Freedom from Fear". The dimensions of each print are 10 5/8" by 13 5/8". This is a presentation copy to Lieutenant-General Edward Puttick. "Presented by the Saturday Evening Post To Lieutenant-General Edward Puttick, D. S. O. Chief of New Zealand General Staff". There are dampstains and waterstains to the card wrappers. There is a 2" tear in the front wrapper. There is some chipping and heavy rubbing along the head edge of the wrappers, a shallow chip 1" by 1/4" to the head margin of the final leaf. There is some soiling and staing to the title page and the blank verso of the final leaf. Otherwise and clean internally.; Elephant Folio
