Some rusting to staples. Overall a nice copy of this title. No tears to dust-jacket.; This title was published in an edition of 2000 copies, of which 1750 were in "board covers" and 250 were numbered and in cloth boards. This is an unnumbered copy of the 1750. Green printed papered boards, with yellow dust-jacket. "From the Black Rocks on Friday is the graphic story of a castaway on a New Zealand island. It first appeared in Charled Dickens's periodical, all the Year Round, on May 17, 1862, has never since been republished [...]" - from dust-jacket blurb. With a Foreword by W. P. Morrell. This copy inscribed by A. H. Reed: "With affectionate greeting / A. H. Reed. / Jan. 1966".
