Some rubbing to cloth at ends of spine and at corners of boards. A couple of light wrinkles to cloth on front board. Author's name added in pencil on title page.; First UK edition, published in the same year as the first New Zealand edition. Fine red-brown diagonal rib cloth. This is one of the copies that were bound in 1919 after Francis Edwards bought the remaining unbound sheets of the 1863 London edition. viii, 216 pages. Page dimensions: 191 x 120mm.
