Four of the six bound volumes have a moderate degree of old mould stains at the endpapers and to the margins of the first few and last few leaves. The text is still completely readable, and it is still overall a good set for all except those with a particular antipathy to any sign of mould. Gutters broken at rear hinges on two volumes. The leather is still strong and supple. A few 3/8" superficial chips and scrapes to leather spines. Moderate rubbing and some small losses to marbled paper on boards of some volumes.; Twelve volumes bound in six. An almost complete run from 1863 to 1869, lacking the two volumes for the year 1867. Half leather and marbled boards. Page dimensions: 283 x 200mm. ; 4to
