A 40mm tear to the folding map at rear. Loosely included is a handwritten letter on "Government House / New Zealand" letterhead paper dated 1 December 1961. The letter is from David Williams to Kingi - "Knowing your enthusiasm for railways I thought you might be interested in this. I discovered it when moving an office here recently." ; Third edition.
